Lionel has coordinated and guided the Relaxation Centre of Queensland since 1974. He is the author of a book ā€œHow to get to Sleep ā€“ How to get back to Sleepā€. He has presented courses in several countries and around Australia.

Ā Lionelā€™s workshop will provide information and demonstration relating to mindfulness sleep skills, as well as opportunity to practice these skills to take away.
