My name is Hero Chou, I have been in love with Italian cuisine ever since I could eat solid foods.
I may not have had a Nonna, but I have been trained by the best Italian chefs from Hong Kong to Brisbane. I worked as a chef and pizzaiola for over 10 years. Today, I would love to pass on some pizza making secrets on how to form a good roman-style pizza dough, and how to hand stretch pizza.
At the end of our time together, hopefully we would have shared a few laughs and a few slices of pizza. You will also be taking any dough that you have made back home, perfect for pizza making fun with friends and family.
