Lionel has coordinated and guided the Relaxation Centre of Queensland since 1974. He is the author of a book “How to get to Sleep – How to get back to Sleep”. He has presented courses in several countries and around Australia.

 Lionel’s workshop will provide information and demonstration relating to mindfulness sleep skills, as well as opportunity to practice these skills to take away.
